What originally started out as a water tower for cattle soon took a turn for the unexpected? Also seeing the demand
for such an event site in the area. This cattle loading corral and water tower were transformed in to a 140-foot long
wall, with archery towers and a gatehouse. Granted this is the structure that sticks out the most but lets not forget
the cute and fuzzy. With the wooded ravine full of oak trees this is a wonderful area where all forms of critters can
be photographed and watched. It is not uncommon to see hawks perched on the flagpoles as squirrels bark at them from
the safety of the massive oak trees. During the day is not the only time to see things.
At night star watching is also excellent. The area is far enough away from the lights of the town of Vermillion, but yet close
